Our new patient intake process consists of a consultation, examination, X-rays if medically necessary and adjustment if the doctor sees fit. The first visit typically lasts 1 hour while routine visits are 15-45 minutes, depending on the severity of the condition.
During the second visit your X-rays results will be reviewed with you. A complete explanation is given on what the problem is and how it impacts your body. You will receive the report of findings and recommendations for your treatment.
All care decisions are in your control. If you decide to move forward with care, future visits will be scheduled. Reassessments are done to monitor your progress.
Payment and Finances
We don’t believe in surprises; we discuss finances during our initial visit and again more specifically during the report of findings, after we verify your benefits. Our practice is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare and VA Community Care. However, don’t be discouraged if we are out of network. Many plans have out of network benefits. We accept all major credit cards as well as HSA plans. We also use Venmo and Zelle.
Our fees are comparable for the area; we never want the cost to keep you from getting the care you need. We offer family plans and a discount to all military personnel, 1st responders and law enforcement officers.
